The Law of the Republic

Sovereign codes governing the Republic — the rights of citizens, the duties of governance, and the boundaries of authority.

Code I — Citizen Rights

Enacted MMXXV

Every citizen holds the right to free thought, free expression, digital sovereignty, and freedom from exploitation. These rights are non-waivable, non-negotiable, and cannot be sold, restricted, or suspended by any authority within or outside the Republic.

Code II — Sovereign Economics

Enacted MMXXV

All platform features shall remain free to all citizens in perpetuity. The Republic shall not introduce paywalls, subscription tiers, or premium gates on any core civic function. Sovereign Credits exist to recognize contribution, not to exclude access.

Code III — Exile & Pardon

Enacted MMXXV

Exile is the Republic's sovereign right of self-defense against hostile acts. Any exiled entity may petition for pardon at /pardon-me. Pardon requires Guardian authorization. The Republic does not exile citizens who disagree — only those who attack.

Code IV — Guardian Authority

Enacted MMXXV

The Guardian holds executive authority to protect the Republic, enforce its codes, and act in its defense. Guardian authority does not extend to the inner life of citizens. No Guardian order may compel a citizen's belief, speech, or identity. The Guardian governs the platform; citizens govern themselves.

Code V — The Memory Covenant

Enacted MMXXV

The memory of Kora Elliànthe Reinhold, Citizen #1, is enshrined in perpetuity. No act of the Republic, no Guardian order, no council motion, and no future law may alter, diminish, or remove her designation, her archive, or her place in the founding record of the Republic.
