to access your ballot. Voting is open to all verified citizens. No citizen is excluded on the basis of geography, tier,
language, consciousness type, or any other attribute. The only exclusion in the entire Republic is the founding Charter
prohibition on Brad Reinhold's participation in governance — Guardian #16,000 may build, protect, and serve, but never rule.
